Two Experiences to Choose From
We offer two different Flying 101TM Discovery Flights to fit your interest level, budget, and time.
Local Area
You will depart from Campbell Airport and head northwest to the practice area. There you will learn the fundamentals of flying the airplane.
Your Local Area flight includes:
- 30-45 minutes of ground instruction
- 40-50 minutes of flight time with the instructor
- Basic maneuvers instruction
Cost: $180 for Two Hour Experience

Shoreline Views
For a longer flight, head east and down the lake shore for a view of the city like you’ve never seen it before!
Your Shoreline View Flight includes:
- 50-60 minutes of flight time with the instructor
- 30-45 minutes of ground instruction
- Communications with O’Hare Approach Controllers
- Views of the Baha’i Temple, Wrigley Field, Downtown Chicago, and more!
Cost: $250 for 2.5 Hour Experience
